Welcome the the Rotterdam bar, one of the oldest pubs in Belfast, located in the historic dockland area of Sailortown. A warm atmosphere awaits with open coal fires and the best pint of Guinness in the city. You can hear live music most nights featuring the best the world has to offer. Whether your appetite is for folk, blues, jazz or eclectic world music, the Rotterdam Bar is the place to set yourself free! The bar is internationally renowned as both a great place to perform, and a fantastic atmosphere in which to experience a great gig! One night it could be a solo didgeridoo player, the next you might hear an international star playing a very intimate gig indeed. Or mabye the weekly Best of Belfast traditional session or the Acoustic Session on Sundays.Jackie Flavelle's Jazz and Blues will fill the Tuesday slots and theres always a good chance of a bit of Bluegrass or Cajun too. On Wednesday nights - if the room is not in demand by the likes of John Martyn or John Cooper Clarke - you can have your You Tube favourites played on the in-house Mac and projector screen.
